Okay, well. I'm too lazy to do a proper plot ad, and since I assume
everyone knows who Remus Lupin is, I don't have to explain him
in much any detail. Heheh. Here he is! Good old Moony. Basically
I want to discuss with you lovely RPers what sort of relationships
should be going on here. Of course there should be more than just
the canon ones that we all know and love. Want to have some sort
of plot with Master Lupin? Reply to this thread and tell me what
you want to do, and I'll respond to you, and we'll keep going like
that until we have something figured out. Sound good? Lovely. ♥
HERE is Remus's application, in case you wanted to read it over
before responding. Quick do things because I want to begin RPing.

So I've never responded to one of these before, so it feels a little bit like responding to a personal ad.
Anyway, I looked over Remus's application and found that Remus and my little Cynthia have a few personality traits in common.
For example, loyalty (although that is a big trait of the Gryffindor house) and a need to protect the ones they love based off a fear that something will happen to them. Granted, his reasons are completely different than hers. Also, they're in the same house! (Not a personality trait, but something they do have in common).
However, I just can't decide whether they'd be friends or not, but I'd really like to work out something that gives them some posting time together. It might be interesting, maybe.
I guess those aren't really plot suggestions . . . sorry!

I feel like Madison would definitely like you. She knows Sirius and James, at least, and she's in your year so they would've had classes together for the past four years now, and at least be on 'hey, how are you' sort of terms. But even though she knows you three, I feel like just based on personality and everything she'd probably like you best. Maybe even to the point of having a crush on you! So we could play out something with that, even if he doesn't have any feelings at all towards her. It'd just be a fun little secret admirer thing. She can get overly worried those days you have to miss class because of your 'illness' and all. :-p

So yeah, just an idea!

Cynthia: Personal ad is sort of the idea, my love. :] Anyway,
with them having all those things in common, I think they'd be
easy enough friends, and if I ever get around to responding to that
thread you made for her in Diagon Alley we can get to that right
away. lol. They won't be too terribly close, though, because that
is reserved for the Marauders, and anything romantic is being re-
served for Ela- even though Remus is going to be hesitant to get
involved with her at all considering his lyncanthropy. But yes!
They should be friends, good friends. But not the best of friends.

Madison: These two would definitely know one another,
especially because they have the same classes and are in the same
year. And if she's friends with Sirius and James, then Remus would
definitely be friends with her too. As far as a crush goes, it would
have to be an unrequited one on her part, because all romance for
Remus is tied up already. A secret admirer thing would be cute,
but I don't know how far that would go, considering Remus's invol-
vement with Ela. So yeah! That's what I have to say about that.

Elle will probably like him right off the bat. Of course since she was a Prefect the past two years she would probably know him just from how well known his little group of friends seems to be. But now that he's a Prefect, too, she will probably make some extra effort to get to know him better and be casual friends. The age/house difference would probably keep them from being any sort of good or close friends, I'm guessing, but who knows.

Elle: Sounds good to meeee. I think Remus would sort of look up
to her in a way, since she's the Head Girl now, and has had exper-
ience with being a Prefect and all that, and he's a bit nervous about
how he's going to do as a Prefect, considering the company he keeps
and the sort of mischief he gets himself into... I think they'd simply be
friends, nothing more than that, though, because of the things you
mentioned: the house and age difference. Maybe she could be some
sort of mentor for him. Just someone to look up to, you know? :]

Out of the Marauders, Remus is probably the one that Lily would be most fond of and most likely to try and be friends with. JKR said once that Lily and Remus were on friendly terms and that Remus was fond of Lily (of course in this case it would be in a friendshipish way because of Miss Romy Stern). Sooooo you can go with that or change it up, doesn't matter to me!
