CSI - CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION
Its always hard to watch a loved one die, isn't it? Its even worse when you can't seem to find justice enough. Criminals are set free everyday because the police force can't find significant evidence, or the jury can't find reasonable doubt. A grueling process, maybe...but that's why we're here.
We're Crime Scene Investigators and death is our job. Its up to us to examine the scene, find all the clues, and piece them together. We make it our life's work to bring the families of the dead peace. We always strive to get our man, or woman, or combination of the two. Out here in Las Vegas sometimes the drama gets too much. Strippers, corpses, shootings, gambling; how do you handle it all?
I can't speak for everyone, but I know how I do it. Days off, mostly. But us CSIs...we're not without our own drama. Sometimes I think we have even more drama than the average joe. Tensions run high and sometimes you get emotionally attached to those you're trying to find justice for. But that's bad, in every profession, so how do you handle that? Get a hobby, or a lover, or maybe even both. Everything just seems so much harder in Vegas.
And yet, its so simple at the same time.
How do you fare in the flashing lights of Las Vegas? Do you crack under pressure, or do you roll with the punches? Criminals are always out there; so are you amongst them, or do you side with the boys in blue? Its all up to you to decide, after all, you control your own destiny, right? I just hope you have what it takes to make it in this Dog Eat Dog city.
But you know...sometimes I wonder: in this crime infested world, at what point is it that the line between right and wrong begins to blur?
